Express shipping for Bulk Orders is not available. One reason we have decided to offer this
website in addition to our retail website is to give you great savings since we do not plan on having the overhead
from this website.

rates also. Please allow a good month before you actually need your products to ensure delivery.

We process orders within 24-48 BUSINESS hours.
We have a few different companies we are working with to bring you the excellent
prices on your bulk party supplies. Since we are working with companies all over the United States we can not say
how long shipping will be. You should have your products within 20 BUSINESS days. This is the longest any of the
companies take to get the products to us. Most of the companies get the items to us within 7 to 10 BUSINESS days.
Alaska and Hawaii will have larger shipping rates!
Military bases also will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. For the Military bases
your orders from Haga's Bulk Party Supplies may take a little longer, if we don't have the current stock in. Since
some of the companies will not ship to military bases, we will have the products shipped to us and your items will
go out the next business day after we receive them.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee, from this website.
Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.
If we send a call tag for the item meaning we pay for shipping back to our company and we do not receive the item

If you live in or around the Hoopeston, Illinois area and would like to shop using the website, use the faxmail
order form and call us at 283-5955 for the free shipping coupon code to deduct shipping costs from your order.
This will give you the correct amount for your order.
If you are a business that resides in Illinois and are tax exempt we will need a copy of
your reseller tax id number and a Blanket Certificate of Resale on file. We will fax the Blanket Certificate of
Resale to you and you will need to fax it back.
If you are a not for profit organization in Illinois and are tax exempt we will need
a copy of your exempt number and a form filled out in which we will fax to you, and you will need to fax it back
to us.
NSF (non-sufficient funds) checks are subject to a $25.00 fee. |
